In case you don't like the product received, you can can return it at your own cost (which is not refundable) within 7 days to CouponMonkey address. First you should send an email to admin@couponmonkey.in informing about the return. Upon receiving the product in good condition, refund will be credited to your account within 15 days. Kindly note that refund will be made after deducting shipping charges.
Yes you can as long as the product has not been dispatched. Once product has been dispatched no cancellation request will be accepted.

We do pack all product in good condition. In case you receive a damaged product, you must notify us at admin@couponmonkey.in with a damaged product photo within 24 hours upon receiving. After verifying the case we will ship another piece of same item to you within 7 days if there is stock available. In case the product is out of stock, a full refund will made to the buyers in India only. In case of international order we can only refund the product price. No shipping charges will be refunded for International orders.
If you receive wrong item, we take the responsibility to send you the correct item without any additional cost to you within 9 days in India. It will take 40 days for international orders.
We take around 4 to 9 days to deliver the products in India.

We normally deliver items in India within 9 days. In case there is delay in delivery we need 6 more days for India. If you don't receive the order in India within 15 days, you can ask for a refund. Yes, we do offer COD in India only. The order amount should be 600 INR to 2000 INR range in order to qualify for COD order.
We don't offer free shipping for international orders. The shipping charges applicable for all international orders.

We use Razorpay payment gateway for Indian buyers and Paypal payment gateway for international buyers. Yes, our payment gateways are secure.
The buyer is responsible to get the custom clearance for their respective country.

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us call or drop us an email at admin@couponmonkey.in mentioning your order id. You can also cancel the order from your account order history panel. Just click on view details on the order you want to cancel, there you will find a cancel tab. Kindly note that once order confirmed by us, there will not be any cancel tab visible in your account. No cancellation request will be accepted once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If you paid via online mode, you will get refund via same mode. In case of COD order, we need your bank account details to refund if the refund request accepted by us.
We regret the inconvenience caused due to order cancellation. Your order may have been cancelled due to product is out of stock or discontinued or Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
If you need to modify shipping address, just give us a call ASAP. We can modify the shipping address as long as the product has not been dispatched.
